- Cemplank and Allura are fiber cement products, similar in concept to what we install, but we've standardized on one manufacturer, one factory finish system, and one warranty structure rather than mixing suppliers. Consistency matters when we're asking a product to hold up for decades in this climate.
- Primed spruce or cedar siding looks great on day one, but bare wood siding is a maintenance commitment — regular repainting, caulk checks, and vigilance about moss and rot — that most homeowners underestimate until the first few damp winters have passed.
